#1. The New Jersey Boater Safety Certification Course The course address's the basic knowledge and requirements for one to acquire the NJ Boater Safety Certificate. The course is eight hours in duration and upon the successful completion of the multiple question quiz will award the student with the NJ Boater Safety Certificate. Classes are available at our West Deptford Twp location, or yours, when class size is a minimum of six students. This class is instructed by Capt. Dan Abate Sr. who also is a certified Boater Safety Instructor authorized by the New Jersey State Police to instruct this course. The $70.00 includes the student manual and all training materials...call for further details.
#2. The Personal Water Craft (Jet Ski) This course incorporates the Boater Basic class, and includes an additional four hours of personal instruction of PWC operation, maintenance, towing, and safety and actual hands on operation of our Yamaha FX-HO Waverunner. Call for scheduling and fee's...the PWC portion of the class is reserved to one or two students.
#3. Specialized or Personal training Upon request we will custom design a personal class to address whatever your particular needs, be they a live, on board training session on your vessel or ours, instruction on specialized topics such as Navigation, Seamanship, Safety, Rules of the Road, Aids to Navigation etc. Call us with your questions and needs and allow us to provide you and your family with all your boater training needs.
